Windows:

If MadMapper doesn't propose to send a crash report, here's what you can do :

if the application crashed and the windows error message is shown, don’t close the error dialog, open task manager, right click on MadMapper.exe and choose "Create Dump File".

Then please send us the file on support@garagecube.com

macOS:

Same procedure, with the Activity Monitor,

- Start MadMapper

- While it's frozen, open "Activity Monitor.app" (macOS equivalent of Task Manager on Windows)

- In Activity Monitor, double click on the MadMapper process and at the bottom of the dialog, click "sample", select all text (Cmd+A), copy and paste it in an email and send it to us via support@garagecube.com.

In both cases, please try to add some additional description on how you encountered the crash, if possible.
